Pros: . next level from the 580. . Pushes at least 120 frames per second at ultra settings 165 Hz. .Streams pretty accurate while gaming at the same time thats what Ive been wanting to do and I can achieve that with this card. .Can run the card on a 500 W power supply .I do not overclock I do not do anything extra it pushes 120 frames per second out of the box !
Cons: Pricing ridiculous. 2 4pin connectors on the card was minor inconvenience because I had Open my case to find the other connectors that I have hidden away.
Overall Review: Awesome graphics drive. After I pay off my debt I will be getting another one for my wife as we are both PC gamers. It pushes ultra high settings at high frames per second with no problem, keeps cool have no issues so far. It was a plug and play for me. Just had to update it with the given program which I already had because I had a 580. Two buttons upgraded ready to go! To be realistic I was a little skeptical about ASrock, but its been pushing hard for me.
Pros: -Quiet (no coil whine for me) -High FPS 1080 maxed out settings -Good price -Installed easy -Much thinner than my RX 580 Power Color Golden Sample -highest temp I hit was about 65C 1440p Update: Got my new monitor after this review. I mainly play BF1 lately but I'm getting 158fps on High settings in 1440p. Spiderman Remaster 128fps Ultra (looks ridiculous). BF4 152fps Max, I'm very happy with this card months later at 1440p. Wait for the sale it usually goes down to around $490 as of March 2023.
Cons: The box didn't have any stickers. All it came with was the card and an small instruction manual
Overall Review: I almost bought a 6800xt but after getting this card for $499 Canadian I couldn't be happier. This thing is great so far. I'd recommend if you want to max out everything in 1080. I'm sure it'd be great at 1440p as well, possibly okay at 4k. You won't need the 6800xt. Upgraded from RX 580 8gb. All settings maxed out - 1080p (5600x, 32gb 3600cl18 xmp) RDR 2 120-145fps. Destiny 2 - 144fps BO3 - 150-230fps D3 - 160fps nu-World of Warcraft - 170fps That's all I've had time for tonight but that's my first impression and I AM impressed.
Pros: Took a 3 foot fall (cat) in just the static bag and survived!! Plugged it in, installed drivers, no problems. SAM is the way to go, just makes the card perform even better (extra performance for free) Driver 23.2.2 even gave a little more as of this review. Cat is still alive.
Cons: None so far. 3 weeks in
Overall Review: Picked this up about 3 weeks ago, FPS in Rust went from 45-70 to 100-170, had to cap it as my tv is only 120hz. Old rig: I5 3570k 16g ddr3 rx580 8Gb New rig: R5 5600 32Gb Teamgroup memory Asrock 6700xt WOW what an improvement, it's worth waiting on tech until your current system has trouble running it. You get a way better "bang for your buck"
Pros: Card is quiet. Solid upgrade from my Radeon R9 380. Priced at 350, it was well worth it. Running hogwarts legacy at max settings 1440p.
Overall Review: For the price point of $350, I would definitely recommend this card but not higher.
Pros: Exactly what was expected, package arrived quickly and not damaged. Graphics card works, no problems to report
Cons: No RGB was a small bummer but obviously not a deal breaker at all
Overall Review: I highly recommend this card for the price versus performance. Absolutely a great deal for a new card in April of 2023
Pros: - Runs most everything I've thrown at it at either max or near max settings consistently at or over 60fps (1080p)
Cons: - Runs hot!
Overall Review: In a world where you need to wait for months until your chance to win the Newegg Shuffle to buy that RTX 3070 card you originally wanted, having the option to buy this card without having to participate in the shuffle was a godsend. I built my gaming PC back in January 2021, and had for 8 months religiously participated in daily shuffles and not once got a break to buy the card I originally wanted. After seeing reviews and charts and such, and realizing that this card is very close in performance to an RTX 3070, I decided to buy it and hope for the best. I have to say, I'm impressed. This card has run most games I've played at 60fps or more using max settings (at 1080p). I haven't tried using RTX in games that support it, but my understanding is that this card takes a huge performance penalty in those scenarios. The AMD drivers and software aren't as bad as I remember them to be, and I was able to use MSI Afterburner to manually modify the fan curves. Speaking of which, the default fan curve is very passive. The card would routinely hit 90-95C temps while gaming, which is something I had never had happen to me with nvidia cards. Adjusting the fan curves has helped me keep them in the 60-70C range, which I am far more comfortable with. But apparently these cards can handle the hot temperatures. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you haven't been using AMD cards for a while, and you need that upgrade ASAP, this card is a very solid contender for the money. I am very happy with the performance boost (upgrading from a GTX 970) and super happy that after so many months I can finally play in my new gaming PC.
Pros: very nice design, is a TRUE 2 slot card... ie it doesn't get in the way of a card slot below it. look at the photos of the different brand cards because a lot of them spill over to the slot below it and hit/get in the way of nearby pci slots, this one does not. functions perfectly, temps are well within check. good quality unit overall
Overall Review: I have had great luck with ASRock products. i have an old ASRock P55 motherboard from 2009, an ASRock usb 3.1 gen 2 add in card and this video card. all good quality units. yes, this is installed in a system from 2009 with a core i7 860 gpu and i know the cpu is bottlenecking this card by a fair margin, but i have been able to run every game on ultra so far sans ray tracing... even modern games. granted its not into the hundreds of fps, it's within 30-60 fps 1080p which my monitor is maxed out. i rarely upgrade, obviously, so when it's time this card will go into a new system and get a huge boost with a new cpu. highly recommend this card based on it's price, performance and build quality
Pros: -great resolution -easy to use customizable panel
Cons: -none that come to mind
Overall Review: I am a novice PC user and just recently built my gaming PC for ~$800 and this was the most expensive, but most valuable part. This is a great graphics card for a beginner/intermediate setup and I am satisfied with my purchase. I look forward to learning more and making upgrades as needed, but have no immediate plans based on the performance of this unit.
Pros: This is my third experience with Asrock cards can say 1 thing they really improved a lot their quality. Under heavy load card stays cool an' quite like it should. cooling system is quite solid and reliable. Don't play games so no comments under that. A+++ to Asrock and Amd as well of course.
Overall Review: yes yes yes :)
Pros: My third AMD card over a period of 13 years, and all have worked well (I also have used Nvidia cards). I have not tried overclocking yet, as it is part of a new system I built and I am still fine-tuning everything. But running Flight Sim 2020 at 1440 at stock settings, my FPS is at minimum 50+FPS with all settings at ultimate. This is pretty much what I was hoping for based on reviews, and the care has come through. The process of downloading and installing the full set of AMD drivers and software was amazingly simple and quick. I find the software pretty intuitive and very useful.
Cons: None so far. The software has run well, no glitches, the card get a bit loud when under stress, but nothing unusual and not obnoxiously loud. While running FS 2020, hot spot temps reach the 90s, well within the limits of this card.
Overall Review: I'm looking forward to overclocking this card and feel positive it will go well. But even at stock settings, this card is doing what I was hoping for. This price was right, and I am very pleased with this purchase.
Solid card, great performance, runs hot
