Pros: Unstoppable power. Loads of RAM. Future proof. Really nice price point for this much capability.
Cons: Your case is too small, don't blame the card :)
Overall Review: I'm running Microsoft Flight Simulator with the graphics maxed in VR with nary a stutter.
Pros: Card is great looking, super heavy (would recommend a GPU support for sure) and seems to run top notch, I'm just a casual
Cons: ASRock RGB software wouldn't launch for me, using different RGB throughout my system ended in me using OpenRGB to control. Still couldn't detect the GPU with that program, sadly LED button is off (I'm glad it had the switch). 8/10 only for that reason
Overall Review: 8/10, would recommend. Only lost points for the RGB side of things
Overall Review: Good card and price
Pros: - Its an RX 6800 XT... enough said! - Low price to performance! This card is 25-40% faster than RTX 30XX NVidia cards that are priced higher/the same - fairly well future proofed with 16GB VRAM and performance that plays most games at 1440p with ultra settings are greater than 100fps - passive cooling is pretty impressive, especially if you are using a 60hz Monitor and use the Radeon software to limit the max fps to 60-80 fps range. Unless you are playing a game with pretty intensive graphics, the fans rarely turn on. -quite because of the above. Fan speeds 50% or lower are barely noticeable (default fan curve) - visually the card looks better in person than in the marketing pictures IMHO - The RGB for this card does not require software to be actively running in order for it to work. You can use the ASRock RGB software once to set the RGB and then never open it again. you will see as soon as the PC is powered on (pre-post) the RGB lighting you set for the card will be running. My motherboard and ram RGB use a default rainbow setting until I'm logged into windows and only then do my motherboard and ram RGB settings kick on.
Cons: - If you use a custom fan curve and allow the fans to go above 50% the fans can get loud. I ran the fans at 100% for testing and it sounded like I was running a vacuum. On the plus side, I have yet to get my GPU hot enough to warrant more than 50% fan speed. - As with all RGB these days it is not really compatible with any other RGB software so unless you are using a ASRock motherboard, the RBG will not sync with anything else in your system. There is a 3 pin RGB port on the card but that is output only. it cannot be used to allow your motherboard to control the card RGB. ---Furthermore; ASRock RGB can work with Razer RGB but ONLY if you have an ASRock motherboard (I do not). -It is a long card so make sure it will fit your case -It requires 3x 8pin power connectors. This is not really a con for me (if you are an over clocker it may be a pro) but I thought I should bring attention to it in case your PSU does not support it. Also don't forget that the recommended wattage is 800W
Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this card to anyone who wants to play games at 1080p with 120-144fps refresh rates at ultra graphic settings or 1440p with ultra graphic settings! This card will likely not need to be replaced for several years
Pros: This card runs everything I can throw at it with max resolution and effects in Linux. I am also happy to report my computer no longer crashes due to the graphics card. I replaced a AMD 570 card that would report bus errors and eventually hang.
Cons: The documentation it came with is severely lacking... really worthless. There are three PCI-E power connectors at the top of the card that must be connected. The manual just says "If required plug in external power connector". I had to buy an additional modular PCI-E power cable as I lost the one that came with the power supply.
Overall Review: I am happy with the purchase of this graphics card. I also liked that the computer booted even if all the power supply connections for the card were not connected. The monitors were blank but at least I could login to the computer over the network.
