Overall Review: I came from a 1080Ti, its no slouch by any means, but certain things that I thought were common for any GPU were completely eliminated by getting the 3080. Little screen tears or lag spikes, which I thought were just poor game optimization, eliminated. Gone were load times and high latency. Gone was the 85 degrees my Ti would hit - down to just 68 degrees during intense gameplay. The 1080Ti offered flawless 60fps gameplay as long as I turned on V Sync, or G Sync. The need for that = gone with the 3080. No VSync and thanks to the fast frametimes, the input lag is INSANELY good. It feels snappy and fast and fluid. All of this resulting in the smoothest gameplay I have ever experienced. You can be in a huge gunfight with particles and effects and volumetric fog and it doesnt even flinch. What I have learned from having a 3080 is that some games are simply trash and have poor optimization because they run at 30fps even on a 3080. So if youre playing something like Eco or Rust and youre on a populated server and youre expecting a huge frame boost, youll be impressed but still slightly disappointed by how poorly optimized those games are for a 3080 even with DLSS on. All in all, this is definitely the most incredible gaming GPU on the market, aside from a 3090 or Ti, which both produce maybe 5-10 frames of improvement on the 3080, so if you think youre settling, ohhh boy are you wrong! My FPS has doubled from a 1080Ti. Also, the seller Ucbaie responded quickly, they made sure Fedex was providing correct shipment info, and if you have the cash and dont mind being scalped to get one of these cards, you can rest assured they are legit. Product was brand new, sealed, unopened.

Pros: -Everything you can think of with the 3080 -Shipping was surprisingly fast. Only 9 days from buying to being delivered.

Cons: -Cost -Security tape was open and there were fingerprints on the card. Kind of sus, but all good so far.

Overall Review: It was worth it decided to bump up from a 2060 to a 3080 And got it when the price was at its lowest too! It took 2 days to ship out and 4 days to arrive at my door. Box cam in perfect condition and everything no damages and card worked straight out of the box lol well it didnt and it did. If youre using a riser cable make sure to set your PCI-E slot to Gen 3 or Gen 4 for whatever cable your using on your motherboard so you can download the drivers. I was having issues to where the card wouldnt display but when I plugged the card straight into the motherboard it worked perfect and I could install the drivers required then I had to go back into BIOS and change the slot to Gen 3 since my riser cable only supported Gen 3. Other than that no other issues, games run perfectly with no issues, card does reach temps up to 75C but its not too bad thats only normal for high graphical demanding games. Card is normally quiet, sometimes the coil is loud but it goes away shortly. If youre looking for a graphics card and you see a price that works for you BUY IT!! thats just my opinion but either way do what works for you.

Pros: The output filtering is outstanding, the controllers, the smart power stages, and VRMs all great parts, the overall parts selection on the strix 3080 pcb, are leading the way, if you want the best 3080 built this is it. Mine runs perfectly, benchmarking, stress testing, and games all run as expected. And the card itself looks great in white.

Cons: Scalpers and packing, paying a scalper for this card at above msrp is not a good thing, and something that shall end soon, packing was terrible, literally the retail box in a plastic bag, that is simply not acceptable at prices above msrpthe box was pretty banged up sending it this way from China. Shame on PC Power Marketplace for thinking sending an expensive card, at that kind of profit level was ok! Its not! You simply must do better than this. End of discussion.

Overall Review: I am pleased with the card, the ascetics, its performance, and build quality. With the card itself I am very happy, with scalpers and sub par packing I am not happy about one bit, Asus is also to blame here selling product to said scalpers. They should always have stock available from asus at msrp, that will stop all this scalper stuff. A paradigm shift needs to happen here, and what has happened here is unforgivable. Shame such a great card, had such a caveat, that really takes away from the whole experience. Just sayin!

Pros: Beautiful, easily the best looking GPU I've ever owned. Performs exceptionally, draws the full 450w from the PCI-E connectors unlike EVGA's 30 series.

Cons: Bad coil buzz with a 1200w SuperFlower Leadex Platinum PSU. Only occurs at high loads. Lowering power limit to 80% in afterburner lessens the noise somewhat. It is not a high pitched whine, its more of a buzz. It is not the fans, either because I manually rose the fan speed to 100% and there was no noise with no load on the card. As soon as the card is loaded above about 300 watts the noise occurs. The EVGA FTW3 3080 I had, had no such issue (but had other issues)

Overall Review: I'd recommend it, provided you get lucker than I do since apparently not every card has coil whine. Looks incredible and performs great, it's just noisy (for me)
