Overall Review: I bought this for my workstation, which I use both for work (mainly ML and image processing w/ python) and gaming. My host OS is arch linux and I game on windows through a kvm VM. GPU passthrough to the VM was done without any hiccups, is very stable, and performance is exactly as it should be if it was running bare-metal. No issues setting up the drivers and gsync. So far, it seems like this upgrade should last for many years to come.

Pros: I am running this card how it comes default an can literally play everything on ultra settings with no issues the card sits at around 43c when not under load and around 70c to 78c when under full load playing New World on maxed out settings an depending on what all is happening. overall I am highly impressed an find the card to be very well worth the money I have bought only MSI cards over the years an I have never been disappointed with my purchases in regards to GPUs that they produce. I should also note that this card runs nice and quiet and I have not replaced the thermal paste on it like I normally do when getting new components.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this to anyone that can afford it.

Pros: Fast. Good price.
Cons: Overheats beyond 110 degree Celsius and shuts down the PC even at lowest OC w/ 100% fan + box fan.
Overall Review: Unless you have a way to control the heat this monster produces, I would not recommended.

Pros: Easy to install, good documentation.
Cons: This is to be expected, but this is a large card and will likely block your 2nd PCI slot. On my ROG MB it also covers the RGB logo. A minor thing really.
Overall Review: I would recommend this for workstations and professional use.

Pros: It stays well below the 80c mark and runs everything I have at 100+FPS in 1440p max settings
Cons: It is a little loud, but for the temps and performance it’s a great trade off
Overall Review: Definitely a 4K card, hence why I just ordered a 4K monitor
Pros: The card actually looks much better in my system than I thought it would. IT is not much bigger than my Asus 1080 Strix. It is a little fatter though. It runs Warzone maxed out on an ultra wide monitor at 1440p at about 130 FPS. This INCLUDES RAY TRACING ON!
Cons: My card came with a fan that was clicking. A few tightening of the screws that held the fan on solved the problem, thank goodness I didn't need to return it! It is very expensive for what you get, but I am glad I was able to get a 30 series card, it was time for the upgrade.
Overall Review: I thought I would miss RGB lights on my GPU but actually I don't at all, it looks great just as it is. I would definitely not hesitate to buy this card again, but that being said, if a 3080 would have been available, I would have for sure gotten that. Or maybe 2 of them for 2 different systems in my house.
Pros: -Doesn't have pointless RGB -comes with a easy to use cardholder attachment to help fight sagging -
Cons: -Fans did start to make a bit of noise after owning for little over a week, I may look into what others have mentioned of a screw coming loose and hopefully that solves my issues -under heavy workload it does get hotter than other 3090s I have the PCB design places VRMs and Capacitors on the back thus the backplate has a lot to try to keep cool
Overall Review: -If you're goal is to flex in gaming, no problems here -under other heavy work loads I suggest steer away to other cards with better PCB designs that will stay much cooler
Pros: - Beefy 24gb of VRAM offers a lot of headroom for my iRay renders. - Fastest clocks on the market (for now). - Runs on my 750W PSU under full load with no issues! - Runs WAY cooler than I thought it would. - 120FPS 4K IS A GOOOOOO!
Cons: - It's expensive, sure. - Nothing!
Overall Review: Love this thing. If you're not looking for VRAM for renders or other heavy workloads, just go with a 3080.
Pros: Exceptional performance as you would expect from a RTX 3090. Witcher 3 4k all settings maxed 90 -100FPS. Doom Eternal 4k 175 + FPS. Quiet card.
Cons: Power target cannot be adjusted through MSI afterburner. How much overclock headroom is quesrionable?
