Pros: -Fast -Cool Running -Low Noise -Chews up modern games like they are nothing. Plays the new MWII maxed out without going over 60C -Best looking 4090 there is
Cons: -Heavy, you will need a support or vertical mount -Gigantic -Expensive -Stupid power adapter made it so tight of a fit in my o11 Dynamic XL ROG that I went for the vertical mount instead.
Overall Review: Would recommend. See Pros and Cons.

Pros: -Well packaged and high quality box -Heavy, high quality, nearly all metal build quality. The silver looks very premium -Coil whine on my Suprim exists like it does for almost all 4090's, but it isn't noticeable unless you're in a silent room and really listening for it -Super effective heat sink and overkill fans -Dual BIOS -336mm in length coming in shorter than most other 4090's -26x70A (1820A) stage, currently the second best VRM of any 4090 only behind the Galax HOF -Price is low compared to some other 4090's while also being the better product -GPU Sag is nearly non existent in my build even without the support bracket -Comes with a mousepad -Many different LED effects. Card not overly "gamey" looking like most other 4090's. I prefer static white at 100% brightness -No cringeworthy dragon anywhere on the card except the middle fan. Will never be seen in a traditional GPU install onto the motherboard
Cons: -520W Power Limit.... WHY!?!?!?!? Don't be fooled, in some cases this WILL limit your performance. As games get more graphically intensive this could become more apparent -Can't control the brightness on the default LED setting, which I think is the best one. It doesn't run at 100% brightness -The MSI software you have to install to control the LED is a bit too much and unnecessary -1 HDMI 2.1 -It still has the dragon on it. Why is it so hard, scratch that, impossible, to find enthusiast pc hardware that doesn't have cringeworthy logos/words on them these days?
Overall Review: First off, the 520W power limit, on the card with the second best VRM of any 4090. Most other 4090's, including the FE, are 600W. If you are looking to overclock your 4090 to the best performance, and run benchmark tests, you will hit the 520W power limit at times and the card will downclock itself once you hit power limit. The only solution we have is to flash another VBIOS. I flashed the Galax HOF 666W VBIOS to my Suprim X and it works excellent. Just be aware if you are going to flash the VBIOS you will be unable to change the LED settings under another cards VBIOS. I run my 4090 overclocked as high as I can get it stable which is +180 Core (3075Mhz) and +1100 (2200) Memory (23204Mhz) through MSI afterburner. Power draw hits as high as 620-630W on Time Spy Extreme and in games I see it max out at around 580W. 687.7W is the highest I've ever seen it while running Furmark. Closer to 480W-550W is a more typical power draw I'm seeing in games under 99% GPU load. Realistically the performance difference is going to be very minimal compared to the stock 520W VBIOS, but if you are benchmarking high scores and want the maximum performance you can achieve without caring about power draw, flashing the VBIOS has to be done for highest stable clocks and ensuring you will never hit a power limit. Temperature's are low even at 550W. I stay around 58-63c with the fan speed around 65-70%, audible, but not audible over my speakers. I really appreciate the fact that MSI went the route of not making this card as gamey looking as most of the other 4090's. No wild RGB, no cringe logo's to be seen, or gamey words. "SUPRIM" is about my limit for what I can handle, no more. Personal opinion but I know there are others who feel this way. I wish we could get cards that for example would just say "MSI GeForce RTX 4090" on them in LED as EVGA used to do. Just to the point of what it is exactly, and nothing that comes off as too childlike. Hopefully next gen we get a card manufacturer who wants to do this like we used to have. -The 4x8 pin PCIE connector to 12VHPWR adapter is absolute trash and was designed so poorly it's a disgrace for a video card that costs this much. If you are buying a new power supply for this card (Get 1000W minimum) do yourself a favor and get a PSU that comes with a 12VHPWR built in, otherwise you'll most likely end up ordering a custom 12VHPWR cable and waiting for it to arrive as I have done. Most cases won't close very well with the adapter, and it will look messy no matter what. I have a Lian Li O11 EVO and it fits but the adapter is jammed up against the side wall with a major bend to it. One of the best cases and this pathetic adapter doesn't even fit in it properly. This is a NVIDIA problem and I'm not blaming MSI for this or having it impact my final rating of this graphics card, but it needed to be brought up. -Although it's partially true, don't feel like you NEED to have the latest and greatest processor to be able to get a lot of performance out of this card, at least for 4K. I have used this card for 2 months now on my 2015 Z170 motherboard and quad core hyperthreaded i7 7700k @ 5Ghz and it is shocking how well it works even on the most demanding games. A huge upgrade over my 3090. I never use DLSS, only frame generation on games that have it, and more often than not I am seeing it run at 99% GPU usage. There are cases where GPU usage drops, to say 88% or 93% for example, from my 7700k bottlenecking, but either way fps remains high, well over 60fps in all cases. This is on the most demanding games such as Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 max graphics settings on 4k 120hz. Anything else I've played such as Forza 5 will run 4k 120fps easily even on a 2015 Z170 board. Until the supposed Z890 and the 14900k are released, I feel very satisfied using my 4090 on my nearly 8 year old board, and you should be too! As long as you aren't aiming for more than 120hz/fps on real new games you will be fine. Soooo don't hesitate on this unbelievably powerful card just because you don't have the latest and greatest CPU, you will be fine and still impressed. Overall we have "A 4 Star Product With Easy 5 Star Potential". All MSI really had to do was match the 600W power limit of most other 4090's. Although we can VBIOS flash, it really isn't recommended and not the most feel good situation to be in on a video card this expensive. If you are willing to flash the VBIOS, this SUPRIM card is the 4090 to get, value, build quality, looks, it's the best of the best. After owning it for 2 months, and being willing to flash, there is no other 4090 on the market I would rather have in my pc.
Pros: The gpu boost out of the box is near 2800Mhz which is right up there with the top 4090s Classy card as there's just enough rgb without looking childish It's whisper quiet and stays in the low 60s under full load And it's the smallest non reference board out there. I have a good size case and with that 12pin cable the side door barely shuts without hitting the cable. So make sure you're case is of decent size I went with this over the asus strix and I saved $300 and it's just as good..with smaller dimensions Nice job MSI!
Overall Review: I'd purchase this in a second if I has to. I honestly think it's the best 4090 out there.

Pros: This is a fantastic video card and easily handled whatever I could throw at it at full graphics, 3440x1440.
Cons: Problem with the card was two days ago it failed and a gout of flames shot out of the side of it. I've RMA's it for a replacement, so we'll see. I've been using MSI cards forever, probably back to 6 series. I hope this is just a one off.
Overall Review: Great card, hoping new one won't blow up lol.

Pros: Strong heat dissipation, the fan will not rotate in most games (usually maintained at 50 to 60 degrees), which is very quiet. The fan occasionally rotates to dissipate heat (the speed is usually 30%), and the full speed of the fan can reach 3500 RPM. In fact, the power consumption is lower. The actual power consumption of RTX 4090 in the game is lower than that of RTX 3080 Ti I used before. Powerful performance, in 4K can basically meet the needs of most games 144 Hz.
Cons: Very heavy (2413 g), very long (34 cm) and very thick (3 slots). The lighting is not as good as the previous generation, and the obvious lamp beads. Very few dragon elements. Hexagonal logo with unknown meaning (personal feeling).
Overall Review: Generally speaking, it is a very recommended card. You need a large chassis and a power supply of at least 850 W (more than 1000 is recommended). As far as I know, I saw a classic version of 4090 on MSI official website of CN. It just follows the appearance of the previous generation flagship. So the advantage is thinner and lighter, but the disadvantage is that there is no latest heat dissipation. If you prefer the appearance of the previous generation and don't care about better heat dissipation, I recommend you to wait. The reason why I evaluate four eggs is because my card has workmanship defects. Under strong light or at a specific angle, you can see traces and scratches of grinding or inlaying on the back plate (see the red circle in the picture for details). I encountered this problem when I bought MSI products for the first time, and as a flagship card, I was disappointed that the workmanship was so poor, which made me wonder if it might be a second-hand card. At present, I have applied for a replacement.

Pros: Better cooling this GEN. Runs games at 4K Decent overclocking
Cons: None. This card is hands down. The best looking 4090 model.
Overall Review: Runs everything at 4K above 120 fps easy. Went from the 3090 model to this one made a BIG improvement is FPS at 4K games. Never would of thought it would be such a HUGE difference. Card stays way cooler at idle vs the 3090 it replaced.
