Pros: First off this thing is fast. I upgraded from a 3080 and there is no comparison. This card blows it out of the water. I don't care about ray tracing. But with everything turned all the way up and ray tracing enabled I did not notice a difference between this card and the 3080. I finally have an all AMD build. No joke this things put my 3080 to shame. It is a good looking card as well. This card beats the 3090ti. Sure there are some games that are better optimized for Nvidia and this card lost out on those. But I am very happy with this purchase. Do your research before you buy. I was not willing to wait for the 7900XTX to come back into stock.
Cons: No cons so far. I like the Nvidia control panel better, but that is because I have only owned Nvidia cards for a long time. No more Nvidia for me. Only AMD going forward.
Overall Review: I would highly recommend this graphics card. It beats the 3090ti and competes and beats in some games the 4080 and it is a lot cheaper.
Pros: I can list all of the basic pros that everyone else will say, but to be honest, just compare the clock speeds to every single 7900 xt card. This one has the 4th fastest clock speed, and it is the same MSRP as the reference card o.O (PSA: Granted this boost in clock speed is theoretically not a lot of performance boost. This can be anywhere from a 1-5 FPS boost in games, and the same goes for other GPUs with boosted clock speeds.)
Cons: 2 colors for the fans: teal and purple
Overall Review: I'll get right down into what everyone really wants to know: this card is amazing. The reference cards are looking risky af, so what better way to fix that than to go with a 3rd party board, that is OC, and is the exact same MSRP? But wait! Every review says the 7900xt is absolutely not worth it. Gamers nexus?? Jay?? LiNuS??? Yup, they all agree, the card is not worth the money. Now let me just say, they are correct that it isn't worth the money. BUT, only if you are thinking of upgrading from a 3000 series Nvidia card or a 6000 series Radeon card. The price to upgrade potential makes no sense. However, if you are upgrading from a 6-10year old GPU, a gaming console, or nothing, then this is a great deal. You get the brand new RDNA-3 tech, HDMI 2.1 support, 2 8-pin connectors, and despite what most people say about the Hellhound series, it looks quite nice. The hottest I have seen this card while gaming is 72C. This GPU will still last and preform phenomenally well into the future. Just hope you're like me and you don't mind getting less ray tracing :) (No one was including pictures of the card, or the purple that the card offers. The pictures provided are to at least show what the card can look like in a full build.)
Pros: If you are looking to upgrade your GPU for great performance, and you're looking at getting a 3090ti, 6950xt, or the 7900xt, go with the 7900xt. The 6950xts are priced $750-$900, 3090ti's are priced $900-$1200, and the 7900xt is $900. The 7900xt has better benchmarks in almost every game than the 3090ti, and the 6950xt. With the issues there are, they can be and will be fixed with updates overtime. I do believe it will be more 4k qualified within a few more months.
Cons: Should be $700-$800
Overall Review: Best GPU I've ever had. Even though I believe it should cost a little less, it's overall worth it.
Pros: Solid performance Great build quality Comes with anti-sag bracket Pretty lights
Cons: Price should be lower but that is not a dealbreaker for me.
Overall Review: Better than reference for the same price, would highly recommend if you can find this in stock instead of the reference card.
Pros: Comes with a support to prevent sag, which isn't mentioned anywhere in the product page? Made of metal and feels sturdy. I'm definitely using it to help keep that bad boy straight because it is one thicc card.
Cons: Expensive
Overall Review: Upgraded from a 980ti, which was long overdue, so of course the performance gain is very significant, but my wallet still hurts. I wanted something I'd use for a long time, and opted for the xt over the xtx.
Pros: Pros: - Works great, looks great in my case, and gives the advertised FPS in most games I've tried. Cons: - Expensive
Overall Review: It's worth buying now if you're upgrading from a 5-7 year old build like I did. Otherwise there are better priced cards (dollar per frame)
Pros: Really fast, runs pretty cool with a slight undervolt. No problem at all running 1440p.
Cons: Mine has a little coil whine at times. But smooths out when I under load. Not a big deal for me, but may bother others.
Overall Review: It is a great card, the blue LED lights are actually pretty neat. Dual Bios is a plus, and the cooler seems to keep the card in check. Am not disappointed in my purchase. It completely destroys my Rtx 3070 in all my games.
Pros: The same length as previous 6000 series cards
Cons: Requires one more display card slot on the back of PC case (3 total)
Overall Review: A great card. Relatively inexpensive for the performance. Runs everyday tasks with ease. All my games are on max settings. Honestly its a no brainer. All the reviews online make it seem worse only because its being compared to the 4090. This obviously isnt that card. But still darn good
Pros: Quiet, good performance, just works
Cons: A couple software bugs but nothing major
Overall Review: Needed to replace my noisy 3090 blower in my small form factor PC, this fit the bill perfectly, quiet, fast, and cool, no complaints.
Pros: Very fast, very cool under load, good price!
Overall Review: Very fast, very cool under load, good price!
