Pros: -Exceptional build quality (Maybe the best XTX?) -Packaging and Accessories are top notch -More RBG than you can shake a stick at -3 pin Power -Beautiful backplate -Powerful 4k Performance -Ultra Cool and Quiet: rarely gets above 84C Hotspot with no fan noise
Cons: -Coil Whine: Mostly occurs during startup of any game, and then settles to reasonable level. These cards seem to have it, so if your sensitive to it, don't get the Red Devil. But it's fine for me (closed case on my desk) -Not best OCing of the AIB cards (but $100-$150 cheaper than top models) -RBG header is in an ugly spot (see pic). You only need this if you are planning to sync to your other RBG pieces.
Overall Review: Exceptional product and isn't the most expensive AIB card. Do you take off an egg for coil whine? I didn't since alot of GPUS have it now (just look at most 4090s, yeesh!) Highly recommend other than that. I saw a lot of complaints about issues with the 7900xtx but I've had no issues really. Dual monitor two video playback Power usage is 70W Max, and that will come down. Grab one if you can!
Pros: Performance: The high price of the 4080 caused me to give the 7900xtx a try (coming from a 1080). I am very happy with the performance of this card at 4k. I am seeing 150 fps and higher in Modern Warfare II multiplayer. With raytracing on, I am seeing 70-80 fps in Spider-Man remastered. It runs every title flawlessly. Features: Having used Nvidia for years, I am very familiar with their software suite. I much prefer the Adrenalin suite by Amd. The overlay in games is actually useful. No matter what I want to pull up, from performance metrics to my last gaming clip, everything is easy to find and use. It is all in one place. While I specifically bought this card so I wouldn't have to use upscaling tech like FSR or DLSS, I can say that FSR works well and looks good since I turned it on just to test it. Amd has also given users the option to enable upscaling at the driver level (called RSR). This makes their tech game agnostic. Should you want to use it, you can on every game. Overclocking: I overclocked this card and gained a close to ten percent performance boost. Please read any of the 7900xtx reviews on techpowerup to see how to overclock this card. While overclocking will almost certainly lead to good results, the process is different from other cards. Noise: This model is oversized and very quiet at stock settings. You will hear the fans when overclocking as you will need to raise the fan speed, but the noise is still reasonable.
Cons: Temperatures: The junction temperatures are high. This seems to be part of the deal with Amd. Doesn't bother me, but low 90s are not uncommon on this card when overclocking.
Overall Review: Great card, worth the money.
Pros: -No coil whine -Fans remain off during low usage even when using OC bios. -Quiet even under load -Max settings on new games produces at minimum 100 FPS but most the time it sits at my monitors 144hz refresh rate. -RGB can be controlled using motherboard header (must install devil zone software to disable onboard control of RGB)
Cons: -Its a space heater. Personally I do not consider this a con as I have adequate case cooling and use an AiO for the CPU. -Cost, Its nuts to spend over a grand on a GPU but its my first top of the line card in over 30 years of PC gaming.
Overall Review: I would recommend this card to anyone with the budget.
Pros: Top 1% benchmark results in multiple runs, while at factory OC settings. Cool Junction temps, never seen it above 90 C in 4k gaming or in long benchmarks of 100% usage. The heat sink is THICC Almost silent. Due to the huge 3 slot heat sink, the fan can stay at like 20% speed even while under 100% GPU load (see below about coil whine fix). The standard version still does have a stand to support this THICC boy. The documentation did not show it, but it has the same stand as the limited edition red devil, but not the extra attachable backplates. I was not expecting that, so it was a nice surprise, and it does lift the end of my GPU up about a quarter inch.
Cons: High wattage spikes. I had a ($60) 1000W off brand power supply I've been using since 2011 without issues. I had horrible coil whine and instability when I upgraded to this 7900 XTX, which was fixed when I upgraded to an expensive name brand 1350W PSU. Also make certain all 3 8 pins are solidly connected. It's large, mine barely fits in my full sized old school cooler master halfx tower, and I had to remove the side panel shroud.
Overall Review: Fantastic performance, which earns my 5 stars. I believe the reviews about coil whine are very likely due to PSU issues. The recommended wattage for this card is 900W, but I would say an expensive 1000W minimum.
Pros: - The Card looks amazing - Performance is outstanding - The overall Quality of the Backplate and structure is very ridged
Cons: - This Card's Coil Whine is extremely loud. My wife came in from another room and asked what that noise was? I also have a Powercolor Red Devil 6750XT and that card is amazing quiet, can't even hear it (not even the fans). That is the reason I went with the Powercolor Red Devil 7900 XTX. I probably will be staying away from them for now on. I paid $1,100.00 for this card and it is almost unusable. I am going to give it a few days to see if it settles down. Overall Review: I would not recommend this product I would not buy again. I might or might not buy from Powercolor again, because my Red Devil 6750XT is amazingly quiet. I just don't know if I am going to be able to withstand the coil whine on the Red Devil 7900xtx

Overall Review: Easy to setup and just configured with the latest drivers but the coil whine when starting any game is unbearable. Hopefully this isn't normal and I just happen to have a bad card but I will be returning this.
