Pros: -So much power! -Hasn't gone above 70 degrees
Cons: -Draws a lot more power. 53W while typing this review -Much larger than previous card. Had to rework where my rad was in the 4U.
Overall Review: This card is a power house. If you are upgrading from an old AMD card make sure you delete all the old drivers. I did have a problem with Adrenalin not working correctly until I completely removed the old drivers. I am Playing Icarus currently which doesn't seem to use the CPU AT ALL and isn't optimized. I have not done any other tweaking, straight out of the box. -5700xt High settings 45 FPS at 98% Utilization 180W and going over 90 degrees -7900xt Ultra settings 113 FPS at 95% Utilization 320W sits at 68 degrees and junction temps hover around 85
Pros: -Fits in my Fractal Mesify C Case with 2mm to spare -Runs every game with raster pushed to the max on @1440p high refresh, including Tiny Tinas Wonderland, Cyberpunk, Spiderman Remastered and Forspoken -Using the amd overlay with games the hotspot temp has never reached over 75C even in an all day session -Very sleek understated design -Not scalper prices like the XTX, the 4080s and 4090s!
Cons: -Fans can be a little loud, might be because I have it in a compact case right next to a 10900K -A little pricey, would like to have seen this @$800-$850, would have been a no-brainer
Overall Review: -I absolutely recommend this product, and if you buy amd, Sapphire is the -only- way to go!
Pros: *Just bought this, and first radeon graphics card* Ultra on all games, still gets less then 71c, fps is real- just need to upgrade the cpu. Recommend this one in particular. Is doing pretty amazing right now!
Overall Review: Would definitely recommend to friends.
Pros: I got this from New last week it came fast and the card itself was easy to setup and install in my system. Iiit performs great I upped the power limit+ to 15 and undervolted it and it runs cooler now and the core hits 3100Mhz this is without me trying to raise the core clock the card is just doing this because of the undervolt. It runs around 53c-64c max. I also left the memory at stock 2500Mhz. Not bad for not actually overclocking the core itself but letting the card run at where it wants to. I played The Last of us and I found the game to run smoothly on AMD's latest drivers and the latest patch at 1440p. Every other game I tried that is either new or older all ran without problems and the FPS is always very high. My AMD 5900x which is pushed to 5Ghz has finally found it's match lol.
Cons: price
Overall Review: The sapphire card pulse is a well built card & I would tell a friend to get one if they were wanting a decent card for their rig.
Pros: This card is amazing! I had a reference 7900XT from XFX which immediately reached memory junction temperatures of 94-101c during gaming, 82-88c on the core temps, and the fans would ramp up crazily loud, thermal throttle, stutter, etc. This Sapphire Pulse 7900XT is absolutely amazing! It is quiet, sleek, performs GREAT, and the temperatures are wonderful! The core temperatures max out at 72c, and the memory junction never reaches over 85c. This card is a dream, and looks great too. Wonderful GPU. Thanks Newegg for the super fast shipping! Got it in 3 days total.
Overall Review: 10/10, great GPU, great performance, great thermals, great aesthetic.
Pros: Mine boosts way over stock 2975mhz stable with no artifacts 100% load runs at 70c die and 80c junction idles at 40c-50c with a room temp of 80f roughly the pictures of the card are renders I can tell you the backplate is really solid metal satin black hardly any flex in the card overall the logo plate is metal also
Cons: The only thing that surprised me was the GPU support bracket has sapphire printed white on it but it looks alright with my current color scheme my fans are normally red but camera gets blurry with redsplosion and yes I will fix my wires up top not done yet.
Overall Review: Weird box with a great surprise
Pros: The jump in performance was amazing! I know it's quite a step up from the 3060, but I was still blown away. I'm 52, and this is only the 2nd AMD video card I've bought. The first was back in the 90's. That first card suddenly died on me one day, and it left a bad taste in my mouth for AMD. Back to present day, and Nvidia is just out of control and needs to be brought back to reality. I, like many others, are refusing to pay their prices.....so I try the competition. I absolutely love this Sapphire Pulse 7900 XT! Currently, my gaming monitor is 2560 X 1440, so of course it just chews up and spits out everything I throw at it. I'm waiting for a good 4K OLED monitor to hit the market. But in the meantime, I hooked my PC to my TV to see the 4K performance. Man, did I smile!! Smooth as silk on the highest settings for all the games I tested. I don't remember all the FPS's for each game, but they were all well over 70 (The last of us, RDR 2, Hogwarts...etc). On a side note, I think AMD's software BLOWS AWAY Nvidias.
Cons: My 3060 was silent. I never heard the fans. This one ramps up pretty good on certain games (Need For Speed Unbound get's em' going). I personally don't mind, but I know many do, so I thought I'd mention it.
Overall Review: I'm super happy with my purchase! Not only am I covered tech and horsepower wise for the next several years, but the 20G of RAM is another great future proofing bonus. Another thing to keep in mind is the drivers. As they improve, these cards are gonna surprise everyone.
Pros: Fantastic GPU now that they're below what AMD initially wanted. Fits great in my sff H1. Ran LOU (free with purchase) at 4k ultra without a problem at good framerates for me. Looked fantastic, although the game itself was a 12 hour one and done walkthru snooze fest. Cooler on it is good for the use, runs around 65C temp gaming. No need for some 4 slot monstrosity on this. No power spike issues on my 750 psu. Card simply runs, and runs well. Love the Adrenalin software cause I don't have to have to login to use gpu control software for hardware in my own system. Pound sand on that Nvidia. You simply cant beat Sapphire quality. It works, and it works well.
Cons: Just waiting on FSR 3...
Overall Review: Sure, the XTX is faster, but for the price of this card now, it is doing everything I ask of it for less money.
Pros: Size is decent Quiet Cool
Cons: None really
Overall Review: This is my 3rd XT card. The first two I returned because they were louder and ran hotter. One was the Ref and the other was and XFX. This card runs a few degrees cooler then the others ones, with much lower noise. It's so quiet compared to the others and I love it. Whatever they did with their fans works, and works great! This card runs about 10-20 watts higher then the reference but runs 5-10 degrees cooler and much quieter. I will be purchasing Sapphire cards in the future when I buy AMD, like how I used to buy EVGA for Nvidia. I love this card and it's money well spent.
Overall Review: Always been a Sapphire fan and this card continues to display their quality.
