Pros: The gpu works, and once I figured out that the support was causing issues it is pretty quiet. It is a great boost to my work productivity
Cons: The included gpu support is a huge problem. Be very careful or you might damage your card. The support can only touch the card in one particular place between two fans, and if you get it slightly off it will stop the fan from working (between the second and third fans). If your card sounds like a jet engine, check that the third fan is actually spinning. If it isn't, and especially if you hear a thump/click noise ever so often, the mount has shifted or was installed incorrectly. The form factor of the outside of the card is a bit silly. There are no flat surfaces with which to do anything The instructions are likewise terrible.
Overall Review: A different gpu support needs figured out, very good picture directions (the only spot it can be in still feels hacky) or the thing needs to not be included.

Pros: Powerhouse and sleek looking 😍
Cons: Its humungous 😱 so make sure it will fit in your case. It barely fit in my ATX case as you can see in the photos; the cables are touching my side glass panel. It also requires 450 Watt so make sure you have at least 850 PSU and IMO 1000 PSU is better just to be in the safe side.
